ABOUT ME

I am a certified personal trainer, a wife and a mum. I live and breathe a healthy and active lifestyle, which helps me to have more energy and positivity for my entire family.

 

I know all the challenges of being a mum, the busy schedule, that guilty feeling of taking care of yourself for working out on your goals. Taking care of yourself isn't a luxury—it's an essential part of being a good mom.

For me training, eating and living healthy have become my

NEW LIFESTYLE. My goal now is to help you and impact the lives of many other women to achieve their goals. 

No matter whether you are a beginner or advanced, my programs are flexible, you can workout at home or in the gym and they evolve  so you can increase your strength.

MY TRANSFORMATION

Well, I would describe my experience as very common. For long, deep inside, I had aspired to healthier life but always associated exercises or diet as a punishment. Just like many, I was only focused on immediate results and how quickly food and fitness could make me look on the outside. I became an expert in yoyo dieting, signing up for fitness program that I never attended and finding excuses to all my year end promises. This caused a lot of unhappiness and pain.

7 years ago, I settled in Hong Kong and my life took a massive U-turn. I moved from unhealthy active woman to unhealthy inactive mum and that affected me both mentally and physically and created a vicious circle. I wanted to give sense to my life again and that's when I started my healthy journey. It’s been a bumpy road full of challenges. The learning process is long and for it I worked with world class coaches and spent a lot of time doing my own research to find what was the most suitable for me. 

My transformation is from being lost, unhappy and unhealthy to strong, energetic and confident woman, entrepreneur, wife and mum.

GRATEFUL AND EAGER TO GIVE BACK

Fitness has not only improved but totally changed my life in a positive way and for I will forever be grateful to those that accompany me all along.

 

Creating long-lasting and efficient healthy life habits is surely rewarding but can be daunting and discouraging. Today, I aspire to share my knowledge and help women from around the world.
