Client of the month: Sandrine

Sandrine is now at her dream goal weight, a weight she hasn't been since she was on her 20s before all her 3 pregnancies . Her transformation is impressive if you consider she is a busy working girl, mum, wife, who is living under lockdown in France , working from home , with 3 kids , managing to train 4 times per week in a limited space and preparing all the meals for the whole family.


Before she started on the journey to change her body composition and improve her health, Sandrine was used to HIIT , running and cardio training program , 5 to 6 times per week. She came to me because she wanted to get shredded and toned .


Together we found a different and safe method , I designed a 4 days strength training program , alternating accumulation & intensification phases. In 12 weeks I introduced Sandrine to flexible diet, focusing on nutritional coaching, I educated her about the importance of eating all the group food you love and quality training over quantity training .

In fact Sandrine's program included only #weighttraining, 4 times per week, we couldn't increase her steps because of the lockdown . She could barely finish 10.000steps per day.
